San Simeon Tasting Room
Overlooking a breathtaking bay, beside Highway 1 and across from the iconic Hearst Castle, our San Simeon tasting room is a must-visit destination.
With soaring ceilings, plentiful ocean front seating, and multiple lunch options, the San Simeon tasting room is the perfect place to stop on your way along the Pacific Coast Highway. Enjoy excellent wine and a bite to eat inside or at our dog-friendly outdoor tables with sweeping views of the San Simeon bay.
Exciting Changes in San Simeon
Our San Simeon tasting room is currently undergoing a remodel, set for completion Spring 2024. We will be intermittently hosting wine tasting at our old home of Sebastian's General Store located across the street. Keep an eye on our reservations page for up-to-date service offerings. We appreciate your patience and flexibility while we're under construction. Stay tuned for the final completion date!

Seaside Wine Tasting - 6 Guest Capacity | Relax seaside for a seated tasting featuring a selection of our current release Hearst wines. Our wine educator will guide you through a flight of four wines with panoramic ocean views.
$28 per tasting | members complimentary*

Wine Club Member Lounge - The best seat in the house! An array of lounge chairs, couches and tables with front row views of the ocean. Here members can enjoy their complimentary* wine tasting. Use of the lounge is a wine club member exclusive perk. Reservations required, subject to availability.
No dogs or persons under the age of 21 permitted in lounge
Lunch with a View
The San Simeon tasting room has two preferred lunch vendors to choose from. All food enjoyed at the tasting room must be purchased from The Cruiser, Seaside Foods or our tasting room deli cases. All other outside food is not allowed.
Seaside Foods - Located inside of our historic neighbor, Sebastian's General Store, Seaside Foods offers a wide range of sandwiches, salads, desserts and more. Kid friendly options are available. Orders can be placed online or within Sebastian's General Store. Menus are rotated seasonally.

The Cruiser Food Truck - The resident Old San Simeon Village food truck, The Cruiser, is known for it's fare with an emphasis on local freshness. Menus are rotated seasonally.

Paso Robles Tasting Room
Everything you see and taste at our estate vineyard has been created with thought, planning, and careful stewardship. Our tasting room is an intimate space with a wrap-around bar and wooden table seating that can be enjoyed in any weather. The large picture windows frame rolling hills dotted in oak trees and vineyards, with peeks of the Salinas River. Outside, our dog-friendly patio is shaded by old-growth olive trees and thoughtfully placed sun umbrellas, chairs and couches.All the while, around each corner, you’ll catch glimpses of the day-to-day work of a thriving estate dedicated to sustainable agriculture and superior wine.
